How do I place an order?

You just have to click on the product you’d like to purchased and click on order. You will have to enter your address for the shipment and your payment information.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Little Carré online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.

Returns must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 15 business days, you can email us at littlecarre@gmail.com putting “delivery problem” and your order number in the title of the email and we will help you track your package and get it to you as soon as we can.

Will an item be back in stock?

Besides the special edition ones, items will most likely be back in stock.

Can I use different divices?

Little Carré accepts dollars – USD and euros – EUR

Can I ship internationally my Little Carré purchased?

Little Carré has offices in Paris and Lyon – France and is able to ship internationally.
